About SportsFire

SportsFire is an application for Android devices that enables users to crawl the web for free streams, arrange them by category and capture them in order to watch them. SportsFire has no control whatsoever nor may it be held liable for the content or location of the streams, which shall be the sole responsibility of the pages on which they are hosted. Furthermore, SportsFire may not be held liable for any failures in the display of content, Internet connections, viruses, etc. that may pose a threat to your device.

License of use

SportsFire provides users with a non-exclusive license of use free of charge for its application for a limited time only and is unable to guarantee continuity. The application has been built using open source software and libraries. All related information can be found at “about”. This license shall become valid at the time you install the application on your device and you have accepted these terms and conditions. The use of the services shall come to an end when users uninstall the application. SportsFire may at any time suspend all or part of the services provided without the need to notify users. In such an event, users shall not be entitled to claim for compensation.

Disclaimer

The users acknowledge that the use of this service is made at their own discretion and risk, thus holding SportsFire harmless of all liability. SportsFire neither holds nor is responsible for the content to which the user has access through this service. SportsFire likewise has no responsibility whatsoever for the quality, availability or performance of the services, or for the lawfulness of their use. SportsFire is unable to guarantee that the services are up to date, free of defects, errors, bugs, viruses, or that such defects shall be fixed. SportsFire is unable to guarantee the continued, uninterrupted access to content or the availability of its services. SportsFire is unable to guarantee that third party content is accurate, complete or that it does not breach the rights of third parties. It likewise assumes no liability whatsoever for any product, application or service advertised or offered by third parties.

Intellectual property

By using our services, you may access contents that do not belong to SportsFire. Any such content is the exclusive responsibility of the party that makes it available to users. Should the holder of a copyright consider that her/his right have been breached, she/he must address the source to request its withdrawal.

These terms and conditions of use govern the rights and obligations of the user in respect of the use of the software and the SportsFire service, whether online or on mobile devices. It is recommended that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, we would ask you to refrain from using this service. You shall be responsible for your Internet connection and account, without which the service provided by SportsFire may not be used. The cost of this type of connection is subject to the agreement entered into between you and your Internet service provider. SportsFire has no bearing whatsoever on this relationship.
